Troubled due to defective product & further harassed due to your
service & processes the team has made
On 17th Feb I bought the Men waffle Henley neck long sleeve t-shirt olive as shown in my purchase history from Ambience Gurgaon Uniqlo store
To my surprise there was a manufacturing defect so had to go replace it & get the same one
On Sunday 27th Feb I visited Saket DLF Avenue Uniqlo @ 10:30 Manish uniqlo store manager refused to entertain refused because the merch wasn’t bought from his store
your processes are super bad for customers
How do you expect a person to buy something from a store & be in the same location to change it??? Especially if defective

Speaking of unlike H&M and Zara, the quality is much better, the cost is a little higher though.
Best place to go for basics.

Their stuff is minimalistic, modern and ultra stylish. My favourite is their ultra down jackets, one of which I bought back in 2014 when Uniqlo was less known in India. Of course, it's not cheap but the Christmas sale did have some decent discounts on offer.
The staff at the Saket store are courteous and the level of hygiene maintained during COVID times is satisfactory.
