The customer care representative was so impressive . The solution to all aspects like home loans etc. were provided in one place –so we could be sure all of our choices. I can’t express how stress free and easy the process was to select features and build my home. It went so smoothly, the service, standard features and commitment to quality was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic builder with the worst level of commitment to their projects. They have all the sales folks running behind you to scrape all the money that you would have signed to pay for a flat, and they will not deliver a project on time.
I own a flat in the Unique Sapphire project which has been on going since 2013 and I see no hope it to complete any time soon. The construction quality is so bad that after one heavy downpour there is water in all the rooms.
And even after constant reminders for over 2 months nothing was done to rectify the situation.
Advise all the prospective buyers to please stay away from buying from such a incompetent builder and save your hard earned money.
