★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service .Their service person Pankaj came home to check the fridge .He made the working fridge not to function anymore .Left the switch unplugged and said he will return in 1 hour .He took advance of 500rs even .After multiple calls in the evening and the next day he kept saying he will come in 1 hour but didn't return .Still waiting for your sevice person.Please look into your service person and give good service to your customers rather than cheating and false promises .

They were unable to repair my refrigerator and inspire of making several calls they never responded with resolution. Never call them for any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my fridge repaired on 11th May, they didn't give me any bill and left taking the whole money. They said that they'll come back in case the fridge doesn't work and will send the bill over mail. The fridge stopped working after few hours. I have been calling them since last 5 days to come and check it and to send the bill, most of the times the repair guy doesn't pick my call, in case he picks, he tells me that he'll come at a time but never arrives and never picks his phone as well at that time. Really unprofessional behavior. I spent 3500/- for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this guy in early May for washing Machine repair. He said a part will need to be replaced, company price is 3600 and I'll charge 2500. I made him talk to my techie friend to share the problem and part name to confirm price. he shared wrong part name. He took 2500 for the a small part and then didn't give bill for 2 yr warranty which he promised. Later when I checked the part on net using old part it was just 300-400 part and he took 2500..
I felt very cheated called back and asked him, he had no reply, didn't pick Phone, didn't send bill. Attaching here the part which was replaced for rs 2500.
Google please remove this business.
