★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was fantastic. We did the interiors of our entire house. Unique kitchens set up many online meetings and explained the design very well to us. We had several meetings and all our doubts were clarified with respect to the technical details , measurement specifications and design and the team gave us all the time and were never in a hurry to end the calls. Also 3D presentations were made which gave us an idea of how the finished product will look. Many times we went back with small changes and all our requests were incorporated. Also physical meetings were setup for the selection for the materials. No compromise was made with the quality of the materials.
We never visited the office / workshop once , but we were always provided with the status of the work going on. The entire production was done in phases and each phase was completed on time. We were impressed with how professional both Massera and Faiz are and how there were always present at the site and personally monitored every work that was being done.
The end result is absolutely amazing.
