In india we can earn the same package as they are giving for foreign package..poor ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall work experience with unique overseas consultant as an accountant is average. They are starting their day with reading quran and duas which I liked the most. They also give time to all muslims employee to offer namaz in afternoon and evening. In ramazan they are very flexible, starting their work at 11am and ending at 4pm. Colleagues are coming from different culture and they are very supportive and helpful. There is no job security for an employee. They will only provide you a appointment letter and that is also without company's stamp which is not acceptable as a valid proof by any other company. They are also not providing payslips against your salary which is very important document for future. Talking in english and wearing id cards is compulsory and if you are not following that rule then be ready to get deductions of 2 days salary. Compensation and increment is poor. Yearly bonus and project bonus is fixed but if they are giving you project bonus then they will not do your increment in salary.

Office place is pathetic sewage water comes in the reception person has to sit in sewage water and work, there is no ac for Receptionist
There is one fan which makes noise then they ask to shut.Most important HRs are liar they will give you wrong job description which doesn't match with your job profile at all.Hrs are rude both the hrs and office boys are liar.
They lie and if we complaint no one believes because they are old in that company.They don't give offer letter very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw this is my first and worst experience in this consultant, on 13/12/2019 there's a going enterview for hotel , before enterview continue 8 days calling from here and telling me "are you coming enterview?"
And finally when i have been attended day of enterview at mornings 11.00 to till 10 pm.in advertising they mentioned large vacancies for housekeeping supervisor but actually they want only one housekeeping supervisor, so my question is why did you call 20 housekeeping supervisor for enterview ,these all 20 supervisor have waste of time, waste of money ,all are came from across Kerala,Maharashtra, UP and many state ,please don't do like that ALLAH WATCHING YOU WHAT DOING YOU ARE DO THE RIGHT JUDGEMENT ,enterview should be do one by one ,there is no standard ,I might be saying it is fake and froud unique consultant in buyculla,
All staff are corrupt they are doing setting from inside for selection.
