★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all ,directly says there are no flats of 1bhk, when inquired more says yes but possession aft 3 yrs, wherein we already saw the sample flats and the building structure which was almost done...
And worst part says I only have 2 bhk's now that the price quoted I was shocked ?97 lacs ..how can a man quote 64 lacs for 1bhk to 97lacs for 2 bhk's. That too carpet area of 500plus.. I understand sales techniques but this was pathetic .... And the joke is while leaving he says " 2bhk chahiye toh bolo" ...I felt like giving one and move
