★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave them. Laptop to repair. They replaced my amd 2 gb graphic card with normal vga chipset amd removed my bluetooth chip. Now they are not admitting it. Thief, fraud people. Specially Arun is fraud person.

I asked for a i3/i5 10 gen laptop, told them i was getting the same from another place. Yet they gave me an AMD ryzen 3 laptop good for nothing.
AMD for a price of 37.5K!!! I can't even get half the amount if I want to resell.
Few other configurations were also missing than what i initially asked. When they showed me the config at the tie of buying, they did it in a hurry, mentioning the RAM, GPU etc, and carefully missing out the processor, and my fault too, that I did not ask for more time to check
The warranty date was from November when i purchased it in December, and was probably used because nothing worked in that. When i gave it to Dell, they told me right away it is a used/damaged laptop.
I finally thought I should review them to help the other customers, even though it's been some time for me.
Also Vikas, don't believe anything he says. If you ask something he can't do , he will take you out of the shop in a corner, and explain things things in a shady way to make you believe him.
