β β β β β One of the BEST Bank branches I have ever visited in my life.All the employees of the branch are extremely well behaved and are always ready to help people with SMILING faces.In fact this branch is like an OASIS in an unending desert.I simply fail to find suitable words to commend the work culture here.

β β β β β This is an oldest bank established at 1974 in this Ariadaha, Dakshineswar area. Naturally this bank have large number of customers. All types of banking services are available hear including salary accounts of teachers and locker facilities. Recently they are offering Demat and Equity Trading account also. Negetive side of this bank is less no. of staff and poor internet connection for core banking facilities.

β β β β β Branch located at an important area and being the oldest bank at Ariadaha, has a large number of customers. But compared to the growth in banking business, facilities in the branch didn't grow... Branch operates with a few number of staffs and any absentism in any day results with shifting personnel and stopping one service or other. Short space inside for customers creates huge gathering n movement problems. Internet service line of the branch is worst n every now n then operation happens to be stopped because of net failure. Authorities must take care.
