Horrible situation and terrible behavior of all the staffsΰ₯€too slow to process any normal request like if you want to open ΰ¦ new book here, you have to wait for one year and more, and after waiting you will get a slip by which of course you are able to proceed transaction but that is of course not satisfactory to a customer! And if anybody tells about this, they act upon to rudely that you will feel yourself ashamed in front of the other customersΰ₯€ the bank needs proper supervisionΰ₯€
