★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The performance of the branch has deteriorated unbelievably over the years. The old staffs were so friendly. The new ones, though keeps changing, behave unprofessionally. Last year my pensioner mother went to open a Recurring account and the staff misguided her and opened a cumulative account. She was harassed for 2months before actually opening the recurring account. And now when the maturity has arised, they again misguided her by not updating her passbook entry and declaring that she will have to pay the EMI for one more month. Things got sorted after I intervened.
