β β β β β This UBI branch is not very efficient and run with very few staff. One has to visit this branch multiple times to get simple services done like updating one's passbook etc.

β β β β β Most third class branch. Branch executives are lazy, you will be harassed terribly for any work. After my father's demise in 2018, I am following up with them for account modification since then. Still it is pending.

β β β β β They provide the worst service. You have to wait for at least 1 hour to update passbook. I couldn't update my passbook for over 2 years because of unavailability of link. There is a kiosk but it is of no use. There is no elevator for senior citizens. They need more employees for smooth functioning of the bank.
