Outta 10 services that should have been available, 5 don't, 3 are shoddy, and the other 2 work fine except those are the services which are indispensable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and even they are not interested to give you any service at all. Every day their is a queue of 100 people or more and will not allow more than 5 people to enter inside the bank. Applied for ATM service twice and thrice from last 10 months and now from 6 days my ATM card is roaming from one Post Office to another. I am getting update through message so, I finally contacted my nearest Post Office and they gave me the feedback that most of the ATM'S of this bank are getting returned due to insufficient address. In the place of address they have not written anything only A/c. holder name and pin code is mentioned so, they work like this only and if you will question same thing with the employees of UBI they will tell they don't know. So who is responsible in the whole scenario and who is the sufferer?
