★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a purchase of fresh merchandise worth Rs 4K but owing to the fact that the size was a misfit hence had gone to exchange. Unfortunately neither did the store have the required size of merchandise available in the fresh section nor did the store have the option to exchange the merchandise with discounted items at fair price.
Re instills my faith in online shopping which is hassle free unlike the experience I had in this store.
