★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen this kind of service. they don't care about their customers and even agent is not answering my phone call. my policy is going to expire on 11th Nov and I am trying to contact agent since last 2 weeks but he is not answering a call. after that i tried to call on company's office numbers. but they are also not answering my phone call. i would like to ask company who will be the responsible person if the payment will not accepted by you within your given time period just because of you and your agent Mr. Gopi Patel. then you will say that the policy is expired. i hope you guys will keep at least little bit guts to reply on my comment
