One senses the warmth, hospitality and welcome, the moment you step in !
Very very polite accommodating.
Mr Rai who checked my eyes, was just excellent, a real Pro at his work.
Was terribly satisfied with his tests.
Next, It was choosing Glasses ...
Mr Sumit, Mr Rai and their team were all over the showroom, showing and explaining.
I wanted Designer Sunglasses, but with a Prescription lens and Viola ! That was possible too !
We ended up getting all kinds of glasses
Designer glasses however take 2-3 weeks or they can be couriered to you.
I was very very fortunate to get them while I was there.
No hesitation at all in recommending United Opticals
I will be back for more !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with united optical was sore. The staff is polite and well mannered, however, they lack the basic knowledge that is required to run an optical shop or it is just that they have faulty machinery operating in their shop. I had taken my younger ones for a complete eye check up and new spectacles. The person carrying out the test ( short, bald and wears spectacles himself ) seemed confident in what he was doing and gave a new number for the kids. Once the spectacles were made on order one of my kid always complaint that the vision was not quite perfect. So the same guy carried out the test at least 2-3 times more over the time period of 2-3 weeks and every time made a new pair lens after admitting that he made a mistake and this time it's correct. On top of that the frame that we bought was not balanced, it took us 2-3 times to get that replaced as it was under warranty. Eventually after getting fully fed up I had get my little one checked up from different opticians and the results were surprising. It turned out to be that the bald guy who was carrying out the test was no where near the correct power. I eventually had to find a proper optician with complete knowledge so that my little one can have a complete and satisfactory vision. All this resulted in wastage of precious time and the uncomfort that I and my family had to go through. I wouldn't be putting my trust in such an optician again.
