β β β β β Zero stars... very rude n unprofessional. They tell that they donβt have policy to exchange the items and itβs nowhere mentioned on their bill nor they tell u at the time of purchase. Additionally when u go thy tell even for fully packed items that we donβt know from which condition you have brought this. Because thy will need to revise gst bill thy donβt want to exchange and blame us we r exchanging for our conveniency. No body buys surgical items for convenience. Besides this few items r very rare n used in specific situation only like tracheostomy products which they say if patient recovered its your problem
I checked at all nearby shops n many of them were willing to exchange with bill n one of them helped me to exchanged stuff I bought from united. Pls visit other shops, there are better options available
