★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an poor service. if your recharge is expired they immediately disconnect your service but in month atleast 4 to 5 days they automatically have problems of connection. Such a ridiculous service. Don't take it at all?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unresponsive to complaints, DESPITE paying for the annual subscription, that have to be called every alternate day to ask them why the wifi has NO CONNECTIVITY. They completely refuse to pass on the complaints higher up in their chain of command. Losing connectivity every other day is NOT AN EXAGGERATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Internet Sevice I have ever used. Waste of money and time. There is no internet connectivity in 2 out of 3 days. Worst customer support. They always switching off their phones each time when there is internet problem. Don't trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take their services only if you want to experience what the worst service experience looks like. Their customer service personnel don't pick up calls most of the time and if your get lucky sometime and they do pick your call, you experience the worst rudeness from someone you have paid for service. They just tell you that they are not picking calls because they get so many calls. They'll tell you that they can't do anything because they have less number of technician and only technicians can do the job. They'll tell you to wait for few days and can't commit to any time limit because it's not in their hands. At the time of taking a connection, they will send 3-4 persons for different jobs and to collect money whenever you ask them to, but due to pathetic service of your ask them to discontinue the service and demand disconnection, they will say you have to come to office. It's like you take their connection and lose your peace of mind. I have never felt so frustrated and helpless with any service till now and I have experienced a lot of pathetic services but none was even close to them. Don't take their connection is your want peace in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst internet service that I have ever experienced in my life. The internet does not work for 15-18 days in a month and no one from their customer service picks up the call.
Their technicians are ill-mannered and rude. They keep blaming you for some change in router settings that you may have done and they insist that it's your fault totally. Very Very Very poor and rude provison of service.
Made my work from home experience hell more than my boss. There should be a negative star option here.
Really sad to have them in my life.
