★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good but not having a very suspicious house thier house is having very small square foot area. Their swimming pool is always closed. Their party lawn is so dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environnent friendly society. Mix culture people live here. More muslim crowed stays here. Society has good garden view. There is no water issue. Lift maintenance is required but never out of order. Building structure is bit old required overall maintenance. Good flooring structure. Nicely architect mapping and area distribution for each room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is close to railway station but a bit far from airport. Buildings are old but society seems to be happening and safe. Daily need items are closely available. Petrol pump and vehicle repair services are closely available. Elevators are too old and slow. Climate remain decent throughout. Overall a decent place to live in.

Well maintained with low maintenance cost. “I” building will have 24 hrs running water.
Entry is filled with trees
-Club house is available on low rent
-Low maintenance cost compared to other societies
-Masjid is nearby (Abu Hurera)
-Good helpful neighbours
-Good place to live for middle & upper middle cast family
-Most of the families are Muslim so no Alcohol drinkers
-children’s get open place to play together
(Most of the societies in Kondhwa doesn’t have that luxury)
-PMC garden is at the entry
-shops are nearby
