★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done my home furniture and kitchen recently and Universal furniture has done justice to what I expected out of them. Their quality of work is good, they have various payment options and moreover they are friendly and have the work done within the timeline.

I got the bed from here for which the screws were not fixed and missing the aligned holes. Due to lockdown were haven't reached them, but when we went there recently, although the guy was sitting free at shop said he will come post weekend to fix nails. The defined date passed, after following up 3-4 times on call and also by going to shop, he always said that he will come and fix it.
But he never came in 5days time, so finAlly we have to search for local carpenter and get it done.
Don't pay untill the product is home and check properly once assembled.
After sales service is pathetic of such a big shop.
