★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional approach ..pathetic way of recruitment ..they feel as if being a consultant they are free to take the candidate for a ride..they can ask all questions and when the candidate asks about the production capacity of the company he may work for or being interviewed..they will not have a clue of whats a capacity..and to cover it up they will reply ohh that we cant answer and why you asking this question..ask in the interview..seriously..if i had to ask it in the interview why would the recruiter need you intermediate..please do your homework..when you deal with candidates not everyone is desperate to find a job..and stop treating candidates in that way..you have to have all the basic information for the company you recruiting..as a candidate we have equal rights to decide if at all the profile of the company suits ours.....and show some respect towards the candidature and experience.....thats what happens when you put anyone into recruitment and designate as Business consultant..its takes a lot to be professional...Universal hunt..please train your people to have a smooth transition of recruitment...not everyone will take the nonsense thrown by your consultants lying down..some one like me will straight give it back...
