★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Name is Kishore, I am from Bangalore, the reason behind giving this review is with the Trip i had been with Universal Journeys to Italy in the month of July 2015.
1. The Universal Journey organised the trip in a very pathetic manner
2. The quality of trip in terms of Food, Stay, Transport was too bad
3. The organiser by name Mr Shukla who had come to the same trip with us as a guide, his behaviour was inethical
4. These people dint even cared about giving the Breakfast etc
5. They took us from Rome to Venice in a Bus traveling around 500 Kms wasting whole day in a bus.
This universal journey is a waste Agency to travel abroad, i request all people not to prefer the same.
