★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased light fittings for my new house. A few LED lights were defective and was supposed to be replaced. But they are taking a month to replace the same. Still they are yet replace the same. Poor responce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to buy lights for my new house. He had many collections and i bought lights worth 40k. I think due to miscommunication between me and him bill had an extra fan. I noticed that and merchant promptly returned the money for the extra item. During transit many times items do get damaged. It happened with me too. There were 2 damaged items. I brought it to his notice. He promptly exchanged the items. It was good experience.

Staff is courteous and very patient to listen to all queries n assist you properly. Good pricing of products. Decent brands available not luxury ones. Overall great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for 5 hanging lights. They took full payment and has not delivered after 5 days of promised delivery very date. They are not answering the call. They even go to the point of saying it will be delivered in 1 hour and that they are booking dunzo. Nothing happens.
Would not recommend buying from these guys.
