★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my Sony LCD TV for repairing to Universal services. In fact Sony authorised service centre couldn't repair my TV and they returned it sfter a week saying that TV has lived its life and unrepairable now. Then, I spoke to Mr.Kapil of Universal services. He assured me that TV will definately be repaired. He fixed my TV within two days. My TV is functioning well to the best of my satisfaction. Charges for repair is also very reasonable. Mr. Kapil is very polite & well behaved person and excellent in his work. I would highly recommend.

One thing that bothered me was they asking me for a good feedback. They called me up and asked or rather compelled me to rate a 5 star, as otherwise their overall rating will plummet. I would request the owner to please not post false ratings or ask us to do so. Asking for a feedback and trying to improve is what we should strive for and people will themselves come with good feedback.
Still giving a 4 star as otherwise the experience wasn't that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 32inch Sony Bravia tv which had display issue for quite many years. Had shown it in many repair shops but to no use. They refused saying it cant be repaired.
Mr. Kapil of Universal Services from Shipra sun city Palika market, shop no. 20 took a chance and repaired the Tv in 2 days time that too with resonable charge. Overall service rating is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 32 inch LCD samsung TV wasn't working. The Samsung service centre was not able to resolve the issue due to unavailability of parts and repair. The amount they asked for was about 5000. We got the tv repaired within 2000 from universal services, and the tv is working fine. Satisfied with their service and professionalism. Highly recommended
