★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast claim settlement without raising unnecessary query. The premium is reasonable and service is awseome. Claim team is very efficient and fast they approve cash less claims in an hour and reimubureimbu within week. I have availed this and happy to be part of UNI SOMPO family

I filled clam for my bike damage in march 202. still i am not getting my claim after complete all the documentation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company but not so much known as a brand. Used it first time in five years . Really had to do nothing apart from giving my policy docent that too online. All went smooth and they (universal sompo) mailed me every correspondence marked as insurer copy through registered email. I am sure I can recommend it to anyone. One suggestion May be that they can return the films of the imaging tests with the patient if the patient needs it for future. I really wonder what the companies do with our test images once the bill is settled. They should return it back to us. Are you listening universal sompo. Its just a polite request. Also, A big shout out for radix hospital preet vihar for exemplary ease of paper work. God bless you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Once you file a claim they never answer your calls and emails. It's been 4 months now and they are not even replying. Demanding to sign blank bonds without informing the claim amount. They should be banned to business in india. Looting hard earned money of people.
