★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inferior quality of products used by universal telecom and they are not reachable after the installation of products eventhough they provide you a 1 year of warranty at the time of installation but it's just a verbal communication because they will not answer your call for after sales service.
I provided the lead to the owner once he visited my home ? but he is also facing issue while reaching out to the owner.
Never Trust the wordings on universal telecom specially owner Mr. Jassi , A true cheat person ever met in life. At the time of installation of CCTV and door lock phone he committed super words 'we are the ones who provide 24X7 services to customers to help in resolving their query but now it's already been 7 days chasing owner and his team for resolution but yes at day 1 a person visited our doorstep and said your door lock phone is not in a working state and will replace it by tomorrow morning 10:00 but it's almost 7 days gone chasing them but no one from the universal telecom visited nor recieved our calls.
Our house is just 2-3 Km from there office and facing these issue and rest you can think of....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They installed camera one time and never bothered to come to solve the error that came shortly afterward. They were unresponsive and delayed the matters by weeks and still has yet to solve the problem.

They will come immediately for installation but neither they will provide you service nor warranty.
