★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In expression of psychosomatic therapist I have seen a lot of people suffering due to their introvert, not sharing, lack of confidence, fear of being in public, anxieties etc.. tendency and lack of social skills for such people theater could be very useful to achieve their mindfulness here I recommend unlearn theater as I know Mr. Sandeep an alumni of NSD is a brilliant in his field with many interesting teaching techniques what really make theater for each and everyone add-on is now unlearn have many expert to serve in more field
