★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst cloth shopping experience I ever had in my life. Please do not be fooled by the Van Heusen brand hoarding, it is just a cheap tactic to attract customers and their own brand clothes which basically are of very cheap quality.
The first and foremost expectation from a wearable will be comfort and this is the first thing that misses in their own brand clothes.
On the side they also sell other cheap road side products such as sung glasses, socks etc but be very mindful that they charge you brand cost and sell you cheap stuff.
I bought a pair of sunglasses and they broke even before I could get home- you can understand the quality. I obviously did not expect a refund as it was cheap quality product but at least expected a little sympathy and some apology for what it turned out to be. However, the shop assistant did not show any empathy and told me they cant do anything about a cheap sun glasses which are non returnable. I understood that they will keep selling such stuff and fooling other people too rather than stopping them altogether.
Customer service is not great either. The trial room is so congested that you could die of breathlessness. And the shop doesnt have neither a good ventilation nor a good cooling system.
I had also bought a track from them which started wearing off(loose stitches) after second wash.
