★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service and very friendly staff. Too many options to choose from and the food is delicious too. Well prepared and freshly served. As a visitor the staff took time to explain to us the food and gave us some recommendations too.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for rich food menu and satisfactory service..

Taste is was excellent.
They offer unique and wide varieties of menu , definetly will be liked by all.
Prices are not much expensive, kitchen is so clean and tidy.
Both fast food as well as service option is available.
They accept card payment.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Bengaluru’s good restaurants has lost its charm. I am writing this review as I eat.
1. Customer service - Zero
There are 10 plus staffs but they are busy standing in one corner and chatting.
2. Food - Zero
We ordered Dabeli and Pav Baji but it was not at all good.
3. Ambience- Zero
The environment inside the restaurant was suffocating
4. Cleanliness- Zero
I think if someone from health department visits this Dharshini, they will tag them as “health hazard”
Once up on a time I was a fan boy of this restaurant, but today with heavy heart I am bidding adieu to this restaurant and I strongly recommend others not even dare to try tasting food ?

As all the item's where very fresh and tasty with value for money.
We ordered, Idly and Vada, Open dosa, Masala Dosa and Chole bhatora. All tasted superb ?.
Must visit place for Bangaloreans for Breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food taste is poor. The service area is too small and there place is not hygenic. There are good number of staffs to manage. But still wat we say, they don't follow. If we ask for starter d dessert...Dessert will be served 1st and starterr at the last. Aloo parata was so thick like a pizzaaa base. Waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not everyday I would rate a place so low. Visited here on a Saturday afternoon. Chose this place only because they serve Jain cuisine in this area.
It was crowded and took us some time to get seat, which is okay. However, there was no COVID appropriate guidelines followed. Seating was 100% of the capacity in a jam packed space. There was no proper leg room or even stomach room I can say when seated.
The table was not clean as well and had to nudge twice to get it cleaned. We ordered a starter - Jain Baby Corn Manchurian, a main course - Jain Paneer Butter Masala along with Butter Roti and Butter Naan. It took more than 40 mins approx to serve the starter. And the plate used to serve - was not clean, and the second plate was also the same.
We had to wait for another 15 more minutes to get the main course.
We wanted lassi and the staff didn't know if it was available. We asked it when we first ordered and it took them almost an hour to confirm if it was available.
The only reason I am giving 2 star was because the food was of good taste.
When we were leaving, there was a big queue waiting to get in. There was a BBMP official too and I didn't understand what he was doing in the queue. Failed in performing his duty as well. I would not visit this place again for such a 'good' experience I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has comfortable seating and good service on the first floor. Ordered tandoori roti and aloo methi curry. Aloo methi curry (recommended) was very nice. One of the rotis was over roasted. The service boy immediately replaced it with another one. Service was a bit late even when there were few people. But the taste was very nice.
