★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month ago I was looking to transfer my car from another state to Pune. First tried it doing self, but we all know how that story ends. Spoke with multiple agents online (highest rated in some cases) and offline. No one was able to instill confidence that they will be able to do it.
Then met Mr. Anish Tiwari through a Google search. Perfect is the only word that can describe my experience. He maintains appointed time, a very crisp communication style, he is proactive with the updates; no need for you to follow up (have you ever heard that before), everything is done legally, in the committed timeframe, and lastly, he did charge exactly as quoted. He is my top recommended contact for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few weeks back when i realized that my driving license which was issued in another state is expired , i had no clue how renewal is going to happen . I tried to reach out to so many consultants ( which you can find online) and plethora of options were thrown to me . There was one common theme- My driving license cannot be renewed as it is paper based License and i should go for Leaner's License !
Thanks to Anish that in 2 weeks time , i have received a new License issued by Pune RTO . Very professional behavior. He keeps you updated on progress . I was amazed that i had to just spend 10 mins in RTO ! Again the scheduling etc was managed so well that it saved me a lot of time . I would recommend Upasana RTO consultant for any RTO related work . Finally , this is not a fake review , this team needs to be acknowledged for their work in getting these things done easily!

And must say really happy with his politeness, approach and client service manners. I found the place from Google map and a local reference. The office was a bit difficult to find, but after the first visit, I never had to do anything by going there physically. Brilliant service. I will certainly look forward to avail more services from Mr. Anish. Very few services are this efficient, and capable of to the point polite communication. Wonderful experience.
