A very Hard working ,Efficient , Competent Medical Officer (Dr. Dipanshu) with good management Skills running this centre with really good Hard working Staff, overcoming all hurdles of this Corona epidemic, A Well Hygiene maintained Neat & Clean Centre .This Chander lok branch of Government Urban primary health centre is Shifted in C block Sushant lok-1 at a decent location with Green ? Surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called 1950 to check where can I get vaccination done. I was given the Chanderlok PHC address and number of the Doctor Deepanshu to call and check and then go. I was taking my mother in law also who can't walk much. To my surprise Doctor responded back to my call, told me if possible they will give the vaccination in car only to help my MIL, I was told when to come. I went there , saw the Doctor was busy and best part was every person working was ready to help. Person doing the verification, sisters doing vaccinations. No fuss, no attitude, eager to help with a smile. Sister Seema went quickly to the car, gave the vaccination to my MIL. I was so touched by my experience at PHC chanderlok that least I could do is to convey my thanks to them. These are God send, leaving their families at home, taking the risk, Happy to help attitude. 1950 customer care team is also wonderful. If you are stuck do call them. Very good ?

They distribute tokens for vaccination of 2nd round. Stood in line from 7:30 AM and the tokens were given at 9 AM. Vaccination started at 10 AM. Lots of people loitering around and handing around inside the clinic. They could ensure that people with the token numbers are only let in, but no such norms were followed. There is a reentry of the details on the COWIN app by the staff - not sure why this cant be done the first time when tokens are distributed - and then the vaccination is done. Asked to leave after vaccination and were not asked to wait in the observation room - Which i think was good, considering the overall chaos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no BP and weighing machine.. The pregnant ladies had to wait in the queue for hours.. The staff was clueless, asking one another to arrange for equipments. So expected out of a govt hospital
