★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaccine dose taken, conform messages are coming after 6 hours! Covid Antigen test conform message, I have not received since 6 hours! Staff in hospital doesn't maintain serial number & very bad behaviour. Things to be checked & arranged accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for covid vaccination, make sure you have printed your appointment slip. Because it's mentioned nowhere but here they exclusively asked for it and people will create a chaos at printout shop.
They won't ask you if u have any underlying disease or under any medication, they will simply jab u with the dose without even using spirit over that area.
Oh I forgot, if don't have any serial mentioned anywhere but they have a serial so even if u come at 7 am in the morning it's possible u will get a dose at 11pm irrespective of time slot.
Home guards present here doesn't even consider managing the crowd. They simply ignore saying roz ka h ye to.
From this what I feel is ..the biggest spreader of covid is vaccine centers. No crowd management no proper policies. Just usual govt actions if u know what I mean.
I'm not on twitter but if any authority reads this please. Correct this.
Edit: ohh I missed something and that's in that crowd their will be covid patients as well as vaccine and sample collection both are being done at some place. So their is high probability of getting a virus their. Better book an appointment for some other place.

About the location:
If you are following google Maps then search for " Govt Hospital, Housing Board Colony ChandrasekharPur". Otherwise ask the locals. Shouldn't be any issue to find the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Covid-19 vaccination today. Very small queue. I would say cleanliness is ok. Ample number of staff available and provide information diligently in case of queries. The whole process of getting the jab took less than 10 minutes. Water accumulated infront of the hospital after the gate due to which accessibility a bit difficult for old and disabled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my covid vaccine centre and it was well organized for online registration, the process was jabbing fast.
For offline there was long queue based on "1st come 1st serve" basis, so be early.
Documents needed:-
Photocopy of vaccine appointment.
Aadhar card (photocopy/original)
For any assistance at centre, there are many volunteers, so no need to worry.

About the location I also read some reviews that the location has been shifted, but it's not. it's the right vaccination center.

I booked the slot near around 12:30 today I got 3-5 PM slot.
Then I took my mother to reach the destination, the Google pointed UPHC, CHANDRASHEKARPUR Some where else , of course now I sent an edit of the location. Mean while the staff who is operating computer gave a ring to remain us that our slot booking. Any how by an enquiry we came to know UPHC is adjacent to jagganath temple.
We reached nearly 3:30 PM, the staff on duty are only two because it's Sunday afternoon. No other person was there.
So my mom's vaccine getting is finalized and it was very smooth operating.
Thanks to GOVT ODISHA, BMC, and staff on duty.
