Staff behavior is pathetic, either it's Govt. Official or private workers, all are at same page. Whenver you ask for clarification they through atupid cross questions against you. Electicity division should have to be in private hand. After this we will expect some improvment. Otherwise they do what they want either that is your electicity bill or any other complaint.
