★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This super thermal power project site is near Eata town near Agra. It is close to GT road near Eta town and adjoining Malwan village. UPRVUNL is the owner of the plant. Doosan power is the EPC contractor presently executing the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction work is awarded to Doosan Power Sytem India Pvt Ltd. The construction company has very poor working environment. The sub- contractor's bills do not get process smoothly even if your documents are complete. They block payment for 6-6 months and always lie that payment is monthly. How government could award such big projects to a non properly managed company.

(A 100% subsidiary of UPRVUNL). 2x660MW Super Critical Thermal Power Station Jawaharpur is being installed by Jawaharpur Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd on EPC Basis. The EPC contract has been awarded to M/s Doosan Power System India Pvt. Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Jawaharpur thermal power station will consist of two super critical coal-fired units of 660MW capacity each.
Each unit will comprise a 2,180 tonnes per hour (TPH) boiler and a 3000rpm steam turbine. The operating steam pressure and temperature for each unit will be 247 bar and 565ºC respectively.
Both units of the power plant will also be equipped with electro static precipitators (ESP) for emissions control.
