★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad environment to work here, especially in day time. If you're working through third party then the UPS employees will never respect you. If you're working in night shift then you will not get your night allowance, reason: the managers take your night & traveling allowances for themselves i.e. stealing your money.
Never work in UPS through third party. If you want to work then go through UPS payroll. The one which is in Shyam Nagar, Jogeshwari East sucks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are yet to receive the shipment which was sent from Germany. On may 5th it has reached Indian customs and the documents were submitted on the same day. Later after various followups for the same with UPS, on may 10th we were asked to pay the duty amount which was paid on May 11. Various emails were sent to UPS clearing team and various phone calls were done to Customer care but no update as of now. We made various complaints but all went to deaf ears. Yesterday, we were informed that UPS have not paid the duty amount to customs and we were told that we may have to pay penalty for custom warehouse charges. Why should we pay the penalty if it was not our fault and the delay was due to UPS clearing team. I will bloody sue them if i am charged for the penalty which i am not entitled to pay!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't send any package to India through UPS or any other service. I had the worst experience with UPS ever. Specially the office in India that is holding a package that i sent from US and asked for return once it was abandoned by receiver. They took more than a month to inform me that i need some kind of letter. Anyways I provided the authorization letter they required, then they put some more documentation. It is the most corrupt country I've known that, but a reputed and well known US postal service should know the rules of that country. The staff or customer service was pathetic too. Why I have to send a letter and receiver has to send a letter that we need this package back? Simple answer, customs have it and now UPS store in India is bystanders, trying my patience to just abandon the package. Great team work to promote corruption. Well done UPS mumbai and whoever the hell is holding the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The on site n office staff is helpful but they take quite sometime to finish up the procedures at hand, check, packing, documentation etc. The pickup people who come home are not knowledgeable enough to be trusted. I will have to think twice now before I send anything to an abroad country with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not going to send any parcel to India by using this service anymore..worst experience ever!! My parcel delayed at warehouse scan for 4 weeks. Not updating anything to the sender or receiver about the problem. Customer service very rude to my receiver. Have to message them daily for updates ..and very late to get replies..almost 45 days my parcel delayed. At last after high rate of duty pay Rs19600..after payment done, released my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst UPS customer service at this location. The staff is not trained on how to handle shipments and charge excess amount. Refund pending since 6 months. Avoid this center and go to the Airoli center. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable at that location.
