β β β β β Lousy home delivery service through Uber Eats. Took over an hour to deliver 5 burgers. All 5 burgers were ordered with repeated specific instruction of not to serve with onions. However, all 5 burgers had lots of onions stuffed in them. No response on repeated calls total waste of βΉ 472/- and had to cut a sorry face in front of our guest.
Will never trust Uber Eats and Urban Burger 11 in the future for home delivery orders.

β β β β β Today I have ordered Mexican veg burger from urban burger, sv road through uber eats. After 30 mins I have received 2 burger.. We started eating as was hungry and after 2 bite I found something different taste then my Roomate noticed that was actually chichen burger not veg.
I really annoyed by this as they ruin my religious sentiments, I am a pure veg belongs to Jain community and this blind trust that we are doing on them really ridiculous.
I really vomit due to this mishap.
Please veg people don't order anything from there. This restaurant is untrustable.

β β β β β Not very special. Burgers taste just Ok. It's better to have Jumbo King or Burger King. The outlet had limited space to sit. AC was not working and heat from kitchen was coming out to seating area.

β β β β β The place is small with limited seating. As the name suggests they have burger and its complimentaries. Burger, fries and coke meal with multiple variants. We had a meal which had a burger, wrap, two cokes, small fries and small cheese nuggets. The mayo wrap was tasty but I thought that there may be more mayo as it has mayo in the name. The burger was mouthful and tasty enough for a second try. Fries and cheese nuggets were equally good and better than most out there. The service was good.

β β β β β Ordered chicken smacker burger and chicken pop corn ...burger was ok and chicken pop corn was amazing really like crispy coating and spicy sprinkled over pop corn that really made up for burger which was okay type. It's a good place for value of money wise

β β β β β A popular burger joint near station that concentrates more on delivery. Dine in customers are few, ambience of the restaurant below average. Staff is polite and service is fast. Food is average to mediocre, restroom not available in the establishment.
