★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was pathetic with urban company, they have inexperienced person for services , person comes without cleaning essentials. There services is totally different from the advertisement. After their AC services my AC shows different issues which are not there before service and their person was not able to explain anything. They are here to eat your Money at the name of service. After their pathetic service I booked another service for same AC from different company. So the service from urban company was totally wasting of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical business practice. They attracted the customers by advertising foam based cleaning of AC but their representative do not have the Foam Spray and further they used empty bottle of foam spray to show that they are doing foam based cleaning. When I pointed out that he argued with me and told this foam based cleaning is neither required nor recommended. Eventually I have to take normal cleaning and then I chased for differential refund. I submitted my bank details on 3 Apr 22 but no action till 16 Apr 22. When I called for the status, they said we are processing it now and no justification for delaying it. If you do not chase, this money will also go to UC for which they didn't provide services.
So I suggest be careful and watchful with UC .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning of sofa was good but it didn't dry in 5 hours like they said. Secondly in the app there is no option for sofa cum bed. So they took more. At first they said Rs.300 more. And finally took Rs.200 more. These kind of things should not be as we lose the trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the painting for exterior. The surveyor visited, gave an estimate, painting was done as per assessment by their expert after 100% payment. The agent kept on asking money on or other pretext, took 23 k over the estimate in cash. But the work developed defects within a week, now they are giving fresh charges for the area, and are not going as desired. The areas have become worst than they were before work started. They are telling this needs water proofing now, within a week of ending of work, for areas which neither have any pipeline nor any exposure to water and are protected from outside by tiles. All assurances of warranty are just dhoka. Attached pics are only sample

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably wonderful experience with my washing machine repair. booked online assistance and got a video call from them. The technician reached us promptly and the PCB was repaired the next day. The technician was very well versed with the job and had best behaviour. Thanks team UC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if they really want to work or not. It has become a pain to get a proper service from Urban company. The app assigns the technician who tells me that he is not even in the town when I call him to check. All this while, their super efficient app shows that he is 7 kms away. The customer service no. Rings for 1 sec and disconnects and I get an automated message saying I didn't pick the call. Then they reschedule the appointment on their own without paying any attention to customer's availability.#adhirajsinghbhal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my AC repair a month back, but after some days cooling didn't work properly. And then I thought I will get it checked as there is 2 month warranty for same but you can't believe that it's been 2 weeks and 2 time it's been rescheduled but no technician has visited till now. Now only 3 weeks are left of warranty , it seems like they will visit after warranty to make some extra bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrid experience with this company, their service provider came to fix a door, somehow stuck it so that it doesn't fall and left, as soon as I opened it again it fell right off and on my leg, and the door itself broke in places
Asked to rectify this issue the company reps send you automated mails and then never take any action instead blame us for doing something wrong with the door. Not only this company is a sham the reps are absolutely sitting on their bum and doing nothing to help customers. You will be better off calling your local people they will do genuine work with direct communication and less hassle
