★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall pathetic experience...poor quality...delay....highly unprofessional and insensitive person. Owner Vivek will be very sweet and polite in the beginning and you will see his real colour once you face any issue. My mother had closed escape as one wall cabinate fall down due to their poor workmanship and he tried to put blame on me saying that I installed led light at bottom hence this happened. His wording was..."koi mar nahi sakta cabinate girne se, sirf haath pair hi toot sakte hai". Have all the proofs and call recordings and soon will initiate legal proceeding against him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the entire wooden fittings for our home from Vivek and the quality is amazing. The product looks durable and finishing is better than many expensive manufacturers. The best part is that the measurements are same as you finalize in drawings and every thing is factory made. In such tasks it's the minor detailing that matters which I'm very satisfied about. Last thing, he provides long warranty on his products.

We would rate Urban Design Co as 5/5 for Product Quality, and timely execution. Mr Addrin from Sales team was particularly helpful and accommodative to our needs.
