★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places for working out in the city. The trainers are very friendly and keep motivating you throughout. The only duty I had on me was to be regular and follow my diet, the results and improvements came automatically. In terms of price as well the place is highly reasonable compared to the other gyms in its vicinity.

I'm member of this gym from past 1 year ,it's been great experience in this gym.. trainers are really good and they train with advanced techniques .Trainer Shiva has great experience .He helped to got my body in a better shape. All the trainers are supportive to everyone and they help all in every possible way. Kudos to the team n gr8 work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m not fan of the steam room. Also call response was good. But when asked to show the place completely, not shown the places. Instead, from the reception area, he just showed this is what the area is. Seems no much good response.

The price is also very minimal, when compared to others.One of the best gyms where the space and equipments are adequate but the plus point being the trainer's most of them are fitness competitors by seeing whom you will have the the much needed motivation to workout. Definitely a great choice if you plan to be regular and have set fitness as one of your new years resolutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gyms have ever been in Bangalore considering the trainers who are dedicated and devoted with their approach. The ambience is good with average crowd even in peak hours. The prices are not so much on the pricer side as well.
Overall, for all those serious fitness freaks who are in search of a good gym, this is the place!
