★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 4 sets of dinning chairs in March 2021. In April 2022 one of the chairs had broken. I called the store and lodged my complaint on 26th April2022. Till today I didn't receive any service.
Poor quality of the furniture. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had visited the Urban Ladder showroom to purchase a bed and sofa. Firoz was extremely helpful and patient as we scouted for the furniture as per our requirement. He helped us place the order and it was delivered to us in a couple of days. The assembly team that came to assemble the bed could have done a better job of piecing the bed together. They did not follow the prescribed assembly sequence and therefore had to remove a couple of screws and boards and fix them again. This would result in a lower life of these components in the long run. Also, the black caps provided to cover the screw threads do not stay in place. Hope the company can improve customer experience by addressing these issues. Besides this, we were quite pleased with the overall quality and finish of the products that were as per what was described in the website.
