My main reason to book was the Trust on the Developer as they company have completed many project in past with Timely Possession and no Quality Comprise. Solitaire Aawas project is well connected and has Unobstructed View of the flats. My overall experience with the staff was very good and they are very helpful. Keep it up.

The factors which we considered important before finalising our booking were as follows 1) Unobstructed views 2) convenient & peaceful location 3) vaastu compliant directions 4) track record of promoters 5) Purely residential project- No commercial spaces 6) Affordable pricing & configuration.
Urban Space Realy, a real estate consultancy firm; has been appointed for project sales Management of this project. Mr. Jayur Patel & Mr. Milind Shah from Urban space were there to assist us to understand the project & finalise our purchase decision.
We found Mr. Jayur & Mr. Milind very friendly. They patiently answered all our queries. Clearly told us whatever was required of us to complete the purchase. They provided full assistance in understanding & completing complex procedures related to property purchase. They spent an extra effort in timely completion of certain formalities on specific auspicious days as requested by us.
As Solitaire Aawas is an under construction project , Mr. Jayur/ Mr. milind have been sending us regular updates about the status of the progress of project through Whatsapp, facebook etc. The paperwork, Receipts, acknowledgements, etc are always meticulous & up-to-date. We have found their approach thoroughly professional & transparent.
For us Urban Space Realty is the face of M/S Sanket realtors . With the passage of time; we are feeling increasingly certain that together they will be able to deliver in time, whatever has been promised to us at the time of booking of the property.
