★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My things were stuck there during the lockdown. The owner opened my room without my permission and tried cleaning. This is a clear violation of Rental Laws in India and considered a theft. My rucksack and other things were stolen by his servants and my personal belongings were sabotaged. Also, a bag of very expensive novels were taken in by him and refuses to return. He does not acknowledge that he breached my privacy.
Do not rent this place as you will be deprived of your belongings and he will misbehave while giving your security money back. He is extremely greedy, rude and selfish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here, you will find all kinda rooms as per your convenience, whether you want to stay in pg or to take flat on rent, it is best for all types of accommodation.. They have good quality of foods, best staff service and they maintain proper safety measures for this current issue of covid 19.. Students will get really peacefull environment which helps them to focus on.their studies.. Its a best place for all kinda people, highly recommended

Very nice place to live. Transportation is easy as it is near to metro station .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the positive reviews are fake and not at all true.. Its the worst house anybody can stay in. When you stay there , you feel like this place is haunted. Not safe for girls at all, not only for girls but for anyone its not safe.. Also They just loot money from the tenants. And they dont provide any kind of food. Such fake comments.
