"VERY POOR" 1. Very poor estimation of work. On two occassions I got the painting area of my house measured. They gave me two estimates for same area. The fresh estimate area measurement cost got doubled this time by UrbanKare. One site work promise by representative is totally different with what is given in estimate. 2. The area calculation was not proper and they didnot provide actual area measurement (room wise) in estimate. The measurement will are required to be deducted (such as window /doors etc) was done in measurement, whereas they include painting area of shelf and slab etc. 3. If you hire labours for local market for re-painting the house by your own, then it will cost you almost half the amount what UrbanKare charge. I will give example... (a) Total area of my house for painting (without primer coating) was 2300 sqf. (b) Total 2 labour employed fir 3 days @ 600/- perday = Rs 3800/- (e) Paint used 30 ltrs Asian Uno acrylic @ 50/- per ltr. = Rs. 1500/-. (e) Cost of 2 Paint brush + colour mix liquid (if required) = Rs 500(maximum). (f) Total cost all above will be Rs 5800/-(maximum) for painting your house (without primer coating) if you hire labour from local market on your own. 4. You will be surpised to know, even though I paid them for consultation and visting charge the UrbanKare charged me Rs. 11500/-(Eleven Thousand Five Hundred).. 5. Moreover as reported and commented by others users in their review, the owner of the UrbanKare us a lady. The lady is of very talkative and dominating nature. She will try to dominate you in every expect. Her behaviour is not at all polite to her customers. She will try to influence/ dominate you by using english in her talks. But this time she was wrong... 6. When it comes to money, she will talk very pleasantly to get the money out of you. The owner promised me to call me back (after my payment) to solve issues, but she didnot. 7. The owner (lady) promised me to call me back (after my payment) to solve issues, but she didnot. 8. In my personal opining... I donot recommend UrbanKare for house painting to others as they are money mongring/greedy people. 9. I am award the 2 stars only for labours who worker at my house for painting otherwiae they donot deserve it. 10. Those people who have give 5 stars to UrbanKare either donot know market price or may have large amount of money to waste.... 11. Finally.. Donot go with UrbanKare...

Wonderful experience, I made right choice, Value for money, Extremely professional, highly recommend. I am very much satisfied the way they work from the very first day as each and everyone in the team are passionate towards their work, starting from the suggestions if we are taking wrong decisions in choosing process, products even colours they always suggested me the best in class.
