★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good team and project, but plot area is very very small for the price in place. They mention the UDS by including the roads, club house and other, but that not how it works for villa project. Area of plot on which villa is built is less than 900sqft, by doing the math, this will be very expensive on basis of cost/sqft. Team is good and professional and they don't deny this. Access road is not wide enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brochure and the images look nice. How good it would be after the construction is still a concern. The connectivity is not so good. A bit overpriced for the location and the size. The model unit is not yet ready. Would get an idea after its ready. We are inclined towards taking it. Will wait for a little longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited yesterday and the marketing person patiently explained the features of the villa. The villa looks spacious and has plenty of natural light entering the rooms while still having thermal protection on roof. Has a nice organic farm area on terrace which will apparently be setup by the builder during handover. Open terrace area isnt accessible, but there is ample space to chill in 2nd floor. It's a bit expensive, but it's in a good location, considering you are close to kannamangala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really liked the property and the plan, but the approach road is terrible. Considering the approach road and the fact that it is inside a village, the price is too high. Be ready for commuting issues, if you plan to buy one.
