And all the staffs are very supportive and cooperative and the trainers will always there for guidance and correction unlike some gym.. you will find a cafe just outside the gym incase you are in need of some instant energy foods and shakes. I really enjoy going gym and got good results too. I would suggest everyone to join Urbounce if you are looking for well equipped gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the equipments and the job well done by the cleaning staff. Rude front desk staff is the major reason, why I repent my decision to again sign up for an year. The owners are actually much nicer people, but the front desk staff ruins it all for them. Not just rude, the front desk staff will gang up on you, raise voices, use rude language, roll eyes, and make your further visits as uncomfortable as possible. And that’s why I abandoned my 12 month membership in month and half. AND I was their repeat member for 3 years.
Most trainers are okay, except that few of them need to distribute their focus equally. You would see “a certain” person being flocked by 3 trainers while others keep waiting and (to be precise) felt less attractive. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s sad.
Please don’t reach me to correct me, rather do what needs to be done.
