He is easily available over phone - receives calls or immediately calls back. Delivers water on time. Since I work on weekdays, he even delivers water jars on Sundays to my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered in beginning of july. Required 4 bottles of kinley. He delivered in time. I had to deposit 1000 for all the bottles apart from the water charges. I required only two. But he told me that it would be economically viable for him to deliver if I ordered 4. On good faith I ordered four bottles. After a week I requested him to take the bottles and return the deposit . He requested me to keep two bottles. I told that there is no further use. But I really liked that a young bengali guy is trying to become an entrepreneur. So I told that I would keep one . That was then and today is 06/09/2020. Repeated phone calls and messages. My bottle has not been picked up yet. Every alternake week same story. My house is exactly 1.8 kms from patuli. So distance and time is not an issue. INTENTION IS. I can forego Rs.1000 loss thinking as a bad investment. But really felt disappointed to see this lackadaisical attitude of a so called budding bengali entrepreneur. Others can go through my review and decide for themselves.
P.s.- the behaviour of the owner was good till the end. No issues regarding that. Just that he did not follow through on his commitment.
