DGVCL empowers millions of homes by distributing electricity to seven districts in south Gujarat. The Company with its varied consumer-base and terrains caters to over 28.40 lakh consumers with annual growth rate (in consumer base) of about 4.57%. On one hand, DGVCL encompasses one of the most industrialized regions falling in the golden corridor of Gujarat besides ever increasing urban areas and on the other hand it’s tribal belt, agriculture land and forest areas to serve. Such consumer-mix sets DGVCL’s role as a state power distribution utility apart from private utilities which cater to only urban landscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The DGVCL is not answered the citizens’ question. The call receiver is not answering properly. Their hands are tied to solve the citizens’ problem. But they didn’t. I request to DGVCL that they can leave peacefully on citizens’ taxes.So I request to honourable
the chief of DGVCL that they should change their tone of talking with citizen. Citizens are not dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Electricity Distribution Company. They supply electricity to the customer. They distribute good power quality. Also they are start laying underground cables. You can pay your home, shop and etc. Bills offline and online also.

At the time of power cut no customercare num is recieved.
No advance notice for upcoming power cut
If had option would choose any other company for power supply.
This company before even rainy clouds built power goes off.
