I got my hair coloured and they didn't even shampoo it they just RINSED it ONCE . and the facial was a terrible experience, the woman without wiping the face down after every step she kept applying one on top of the other and the bleach made it worst. For the facial they make you lie down in the middle of the room no privacy at all, its very very uncomfortable. They play favourites btw.
