Instructor's are well qualified and supportive. I had been looking for good trainer for my Ielts training and I contacted them over call. Here , I met Divya , She arranged 1 session before my enrollment with institute ,and it was quite impressive. Divya is one of the best trainers in GGN based on my experience .She is generous and hard-working trainer in this institute. She added efforts and value into sessions to ensure my doubts must be resolved. I would say ignore negative comments like you ignore ads in youtube videos. People are not satisfied with facebook and microsoft ,eventhough they are free :P . Thank you Divya and team for your support.

Great teaching faculty, very clear methods of teaching.The content is provided by the teachers in a very good and manageable way so it was really helpful.

US education resource is one of the best academy they provide one on one training, not just that the tips and tricks they share no google can help you with that. I recommend this institute to everyone whosoever is preparing to go abroad ??

The teaching methodology makes learning interesting for students. The staff is wonderfull and go out of their ways to help out students. Will recommend everyone to try IELTS classes.

I took IELTS classes from US Education, sector 39 branch. I love the way Divya ma’am teaches – she makes the trickiest question types seem easy and engages the students’ interest like none other. I had never been much fond of English classes, but hers I looked forward to. I have learned a lot from her comprehensive feedback comments on my writing and speaking assignments. I recently got my score – a whopping 7.5 band. Trust me, when I joined I thought even a 6 would be a challenge. Highly recommended!!

My brother took GRE coaching from this institute. Even though people suggested that we go to some giant in the test prep field (like Career Launcher…), we wanted an institute which would give customized coaching and take personal interest in my brother’s success. We found all that and more in USERC. The Quant classes here are taken by the founder, Mr. Ankit, himself. One free demo in, we realized that his level of commitment and his desire to get top results out of his students is unmatched. We enrolled the same day and it was probably the best decision we could have made to ensure my brother’s success. He aced GRE. The institute helped with the subsequent admission process as well. They were with us all through the journey right till my brother got his VISA. He is soon off to study in his dream college. I recommend USERC to anyone who dreams of studying abroad.

I had enrolled with the centre for GMAT preparation in early 2020. After the pandemic hit we were not having physical classes and the centre tried to do some online lessons for a few months. Each time the online class had new students and it was difficult to learn because of lack of continuity in following a structured syllabus. Every time we were taught a different topic with fresh batch mates. Further, the centre stopped conducting online classes after August 2020 and provided no information on the plan ahead. After calling the centre head-Mr. Ankit multiple times he finally agreed to provide me full GMAT online classes in 2021. Only English classes were conducted on a regular basis. There was no method or proper schedule to math preparation. The coaching was of no help. The centre head also refused to refund my money when I informed him of my learning difficulties with his teaching methods. The teachers at the centre change without any notice. The syllabus is not consistent. No material is provided for preparation aid from the centre. The centre's student portal online does not work. There are no follow ups done with the student on their exam preparation and overall MBA journey progress. The team is extremely unresponsive and highly unprofessional. @Owner, thanks for the time you spent addressing my concerns here. Would have appreciated this help at the time it was needed. Since I could not find how to reply to your comment, I am editing my review to make things clear for other people seeking coaching help. 1. The shift to online classes was never a problem. The issue is the classes had no schedule. They happened randomly with a new batch every time. 2. Thank you for mentioning my replies verbatim. Reminds me I have still not received quite a few video recordings for the sessions that I missed. Moreover, I too recall your responses to last minute class changes such as "stuck wont be able to do a class", "internet not working in the office, can not connect", etc. To reiterate classes had no structure and planning. They were simply random. 3. I did not re-join in 2021. I reminded you that I need my GMAT classes because I want to do my MBA soon. As a student enrolled with you it should have been your responsibility to keep me informed about the schedule of online classes. But you did not bother until I checked with you. Also, not to forget that the math faculty was changed mid way. I had had a demo class from the faculty who was teaching me and I had agreed to sign up only because I was assured he would take all classes. 4. I have not raised any questions on credibility of the verbal faculty. So this point of yours is irrelevant. 5. As for ample material, I was only given 5 or 6 handouts in the total time frame from Feb 2020 to March 2021. 6. I had informed Mr.Ankit multiple times over phone and on text that I wanted to access the online student portal. Despite constant requests he dodged the question and did not do anything about it. The web page was not active the entire time I was enrolled. In fact the centre had not paid up the fees for holding up the website and this was told to me by the web hosting provider's team member. Additionally, I did not take extra classes from you rather I only asked for what you had charged me for-a complete GMAT coaching. My Quant curriculum was not completed by you. I had requested a refund but you had refused to give me a refund and promised to conduct all classes in lieu of the refund. I do not understand the discrepancy in understanding here. I would also like to mention that when I happened to get in touch with a colleague of yours whilst I was looking for other coaching institutes I told him the story of my unpleasant experience and nobody has bothered to call back and check with me ever since. So, I am definitely not interested in paying a visit to the centre. Lastly, as a education centre you should try to take feedback positively and do better to improve your services to students rather than vehemently defend your stance on this public platform.
