★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff members are unprofessional. The guy who took my documents asked me for documents that weren’t required and was rude when I pointed out that it wasn’t required. When he was done collecting all my documents, he threw it across the room into a box of documents because he was too lazy to get up. My passport size photo was attached to my passport using a paper clip and could have easily come off. He was counting on the fact that people are in general scared to tell anything since their visa is at stake. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

You can carry mobile in switch off mode. Bags, Pen drive, Hard disk, CDs are not allowed inside, so it should be kept outside the room, on our own risk
Make sure US VISA standard Photograph is as per the guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my b1/b2 visa application, I had my biometric appointment on Sunday 1st May 2022, 1:30pm. I reached the center around 1pm and was allowed to go inside the building around 1:15pm. I had my passport, vfs appointment letter and DS 160. Mobile phone is allowed but in switched off mode only. You can carry bags too, one is allowed to keep them in the corridor, this is just before the biometric room. Looks very safe, i would not mind keeping my bag if i had bought one. The actual biometric process is very quick. Mine was over in about 5 minutes. I think i was out of the building by 1:45pm. Staffs are helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good experience. Nothing to panic. Friendly people who can guide. Biometrics was just 10 minutes process which was quicker.
Take only below documents.
1. DS160 form confirmation sheet (1st page)
2. Appointment confirmation sheet (1st page)
3. Passport.
Nothing to worry here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and organized place. Inside movement process is also smooth. This center is run by VFS global. As local peoples are working at this place thus they are comfortable with local languages like Bengali and Hindi. They always ask you which language you are comfortable with and if you request them to ask you in Bengali they will do that. Ovarall process is very organized. They maintained social distancing inside the visa application centre. You can't take any electronic device along with any kind of storage device inside the application centre. You can't also take any bag or wallet inside the centre thus I can advice bring someone with you who can wait outside keeping all your things.

Very well organized and friendly staff. You can switch off your mobile phone and carry inside. Bag allowed till entrance. Smart watch and other device not allowed. Very small center with 4 counters. You will be allowed inside only 15 mins before your appointment you need to wait on footpath so plan accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They won’t allow you to carry your smart watch and car keys with remotes inside. There are no lockers or a safe place to keep it outside, so if you’ve come alone then you’ll be in trouble. All car keys have remotes these days and most of the people wear smart watches. They should highlight these things in Bold when they take the appointments. What’s the point in running a VAC when you can’t even provide a locker? They will only allow to take the cell phone inside but nothing else, where will people keep their stuff if they are visiting alone? I requested them to keep my smart watch and car keys with the security lady but they didn’t even allow that. They asked me to leave it outside on the floor at my own risk, are you serious? It was a harassment.
Also, they don’t have any parking facility either, I had to spend 30 mins to find a parking, which was pretty far away. This was my worst experience visiting any VAC across different locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful security personnel and other staff as well. As posted by many, one can carry mobile phone but ONLY in SWITCHED OFF mode.
As far as bags are concerned, many were asked to keep their bags on the floor (at a corner) before entering the VAC room.
As of today, masks are mandatory. Body temperature is checked. Need to carry DS-160 confirmation and Appointment page (print outs mandatory). For applicant under 14y, carrying of photographs is advised.
Had a pleasant experience.
If any applicant has medical problems and super seniors, he/she can request for earlier biometrics.
