Even gone there for under warranty Mobile of Apple and they solved my problem and I need mod to visit at service centre of Apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the owner is the first shortcoming, leave their products and services apart they already are worst, I went to buy a case for my phone but something made me back off as it seemed that I was going to be scammed in the matter of the price and quality.! Better to opt other stores rather than this one.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to this shop for mobile accessories related thing. I found a third class attitude of the owner, his wife and his staff. It seems they lacked professionalism with what they do. A customer in today's world are suppose to be given the best service, but I am really surprised to see people like these show no attitude which is not at all worth.
The work which ws delivered was not up to the mark. A small task took more than 25 minuted when it was a matter of 5 minutes task. They employees are unaware of what they are doing they are unaware of their own products inside the shop. Technicians are working just for granted. I am really ammused to see the number of awards they have put on the wall. It is a question mark on the agencies that have given the award.
Anyways I would request people's visiting thia place just do communicate properly before you de any kind of dealings as a customer. Or rather I would recommend not to visit this place. They ware unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a real bad experience at this store. The shop owner, his wife, also the workers seems to be lost in their own world. Pathetic customer service. They make every effort to snatch every penny from your pocket and in return, they would sell faulty used products. Not taking any accountability of the purchase you made from the store. JUST AVOID THIS STORE.

The owner Mr Sachin has absolutely no manners to talk
I went to repair my phone, and even buy a new phone but he addressed me so rudely and his staff was also impolite and non courteous.
When I inquired about few things Mr Sachin started shouting at me and told me to leave if I was to take more time.
I went to get my phone battery repaired, instead of repairing my battery they destroyed my LED screen.
My new LED display costed me Rs 12000/-
I got furious and told him to replace my screen, but he refused and again started screaming at me.
He started fighting with me when I refused to pay his charges for repairing battery.
Never buy phones or get anything repaired from this shop.
These USA telecom people just know how to make you fool.
Their mobiles are highly priced than others, they charge you more for servicing , plus they take no guarantee, be aware they can damage your product as well.
My 2 days got wasted and I had to bear so much agony and pain.
Avoid this store or else see for yourself.
